About Me
My name is Erin Kauffman
I received a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of North Texas with a focus in Clinical Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine.

I’m an integrative psychotherapist and approach therapy through a neurobiological lens. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and practices, including: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness & Meta Meditation, Breathwork and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy.
Professional Approach
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process.
Together, we will explore the origins of thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors that may be getting in your way. Through these insights, we will work to create adaptive coping strategies, and improve the quality of your life.

Although therapy is a serious endeavor, it can also be fun and doesn’t have to feel like a chore. While working with me you can expect to feel safe, heard and connected.

I work with adult clients of all backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual identities and genders. I do not discriminate and strive to provide a safe, compassionate environment that is truly free of judgement. I care deeply about my clients and aim to treat the whole person, not just their symptoms.
